This book let me know of the errors in our ministerial system and how for some there is very little accountability. One of those issues of who is policing the police. It is very important the ministers new and old are on top of the ethics of the ministry. Overall a great book to read. It was very depressing in the later chapters of how many pastors were not accountable for their actions of infidelity and impropriety with those they were responsible for shepherding.

For those who apply the lessons learned from this VERY well researched book, there is protection and provision for both the minister and ministries they support. The personal Code of Ethics and links to personal and professional support they encourage would have been a tremendous help to many who fell and damaged various denomenations and parashurch organizations over the past 20 years.

The society today is full of information in all levels and no filters for our kids. As Christians we really need to understand our roll with our kids and our Church. People today need to understand the Ethics in all our life aspects and, instead to live with the flow on regular bases, we need to be prepare to shepherd our future generation of Christians with the precepts that God wrote for us in the Bible.
